TO ASSIST ALZHEIMER’S CAREGIVERS BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL AWARENESS, HEALTH AND FITNESS INITIATIVES, AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICE ACTIVITIES, ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS IMPACTED ALONG THE GULF COAST AREA.
This expo provides Resources, Education, Support, etc. to those that sacrifice their time to those they love who are diagnosed from Alzheimer's. Being a caregiver is not an easy job, but rewarding and we wanted to continue to assist others and let them know they are not alone and where they can find much needed information to assist them.
As the founder of the Doris Marie Jones Foundation, I was inspired to create this Foundation as my mother was diagnosed and succumbed to Alzheimer’s, and I was a caregiver to her an experienced this journey myself. This foundation is in her honor and aims to continue to educate and give back to our community.
One of the ways that we support caregivers and bring awareness to this disease is through our Annual Fundraiser Event. This brings vendors from all over our community, city and neighboring cities to support our mission, while yet giving back to our community. We are asking that you choose a Sponsorship Level below and be a sponsor of the event and support our mission.
